TAMAULIPAS – The state of Tamaulipas expects a significant increase in the number of visitors to the state during next year’s ExpoCiencias Nacional 2025.
The exhibition , which will host representatives in the field of science and technology, will be held in the city of Tampico, with the aim of projecting Tamaulipas touristically.
“Not only does it represent an opportunity to share innovative projects and collaboration links, but also to continue positioning Tamaulipas as a national reference in the realization of large meeting events,” said the Secretary of Tourism, Benjamín Hernández Rodríguez.
“ExpoCiencias is the largest science and technology event held in the country,” he added.
Tamaulipas received the baton to host the event, at the conclusion of the XXIII edition held in Villahermosa, Tabasco.
The Government of Tamaulipas pointed out that the event is a window for scientific dissemination, research and innovation projects that promotes collaboration networks between educational institutions, the productive sector and authorities.
It is expected the direct participation of more than two thousand people, as well as invited countries, who will know and enjoy the attention, services and warmth of the people of Tamaulipas.
ExpoCiencias Nacional is an event of great relevance, organized in collaboration with the Tamaulipas Council of Science and Technology (COTACYT), the National Network of Youth Activities in Science and Technology and the International Movement for Scientific and Technical Recreation (MILSET).
