Baja California is expanding its capacity with the addition of Tijuana Technology Park: a Class A industrial development that brings approximately 750,000 square feet to the market, ready to accommodate manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations.
The project was presented to real estate brokers, economic development agencies, and media representatives from Tijuana and San Diego, where the complex’s features and its proposal to strengthen the industrial competitiveness of the Cali-Baja region were unveiled.
Alberto Jimenez, project director at Hines, noted that Tijuana Technology Park features world-class infrastructure, three fully completed buildings, immediate access to power, and spaces ready for companies to begin operations from day one.
The development was built and is managed directly by Hines, ensuring operational continuity and a standard of quality backed by the company’s experience in the development and management of industrial and logistics assets.
Currently, the park offers spaces for manufacturing, logistics, and distribution companies seeking to take advantage of the existing infrastructure and Baja California’s location as a key hub for operations linked to North America.
