The works to begin the construction of an industrial campus in Tijuana city, Baja California, are expected to be ready this upcoming February 2017. The campus might shelter any and every type of manufacturing industry, according to an announcement by Claudia Perez, Commercial Manager of Roca Desarrollos.
The firm, originally based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, will invest US$3 million to build on a 30,000 square meters surface. Two of the target markets for this project, are the Aerospace and Medical Products sectors. Bringing this projects into town, was made possible by the advantages Tijuana offers, such as different clusters active in the region, which facilitates sales of these specialty buildings according to members’ needs.
