The Vesta industrial parks developer has laid the foundation stone of its new inventory building “F-2” at its Vesta Park Tijuana III, within the “El Florido” Industrial Park in Tijuana, Baja California.
At this park, it is expected the construction of a building “Type A” with a 304,000 square-feet area, in addition to two ships of 84,826 square-feet and two more of 67,181 sq ft, complementing the 150,000 sq ft built in the building “F-1”, which is occupied by the Aspen Medical, SSD Plastics and OPA companies. Vesta has a growth plan within the company’s comprehensive project, the “Vesta Vision 20/20”, in which US$64 million could be invested in the State over the next five years, doubling its portfolio with a total of 4 million square feet.
