ZC RUBBER to invest US$597 million in Coahuila

COAHUILA – With an investment of more than US$597 million, the Chinese capital company, ZC RUBBER will be installed in the state of Coahuila.

The Governor of Coahuila, Manolo Jimenez announced that this new investment will generate thousands of jobs, and that it is the first of several investments for the state, as a result of the economic promotion tours in Asia.

He pointed out that this management was started several months ago during his first tour in Asia as governor-elect, and in this new promotion he took the opportunity to give it continuity and engage in dialogue with the president of the company Jin Rong Shen and the vice president HaoYu Shen, and announce this great project for the state.

“From Shanghai, together with our Pro Coahuila team and the president of ZC RUBBER, we formalized the investment announcement of this great Asian company in Coahuila, which will invest US$597 million and will help us generate thousands of new jobs for our people. The cash register has already started to ring in this economic tour, and more announcements are coming in the next few days,” said Jimenez Salinas.

ZC RUBBER is currently one of the top 500 manufacturers in China, owning the Chaoyang, Westlake, Goodride, Trajano, Yartu, Arisun tire brands, as well as Zhongce Auto Space aftermarket services.

In addition, the company has 11 major production bases in China and abroad, with more than 1,200 distributors in more than 160 countries.

The announcement of the investment comes after the activities of the Beijing Auto Show 2024, where Coahuila authorities held meetings with automotive companies interested in investing in the Central and Laguna regions.

The governor pointed out that they are in coordination with Coahuila businessmen from the industrial parks in order to materialize this type of important projects and that he will soon announce new investments.
