JUAREZ. CHIH – Juarez-El Paso border-based Flō Networks, a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions, announced that on March 29, 2023 it completed the acquisition of American Tower’s fiber optic business, ATC Holding Fibra Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., (commercially known as redIT) and its high-capacity fiber network, which has a broad presence in more than 40 cities throughout Mexico.

Fernandez added that this is Flō’s third transformative acquisition in three years, cementing the company’s status as the leading integrator of high-growth digital infrastructure companies in the region.

According to company information, the company will have around 35 thousand kilometers of fiber throughout the United States and Mexico that will connect close to 10 thousand business buildings.
