The Business Coordinating Council (CCE) of Ciudad Juarez swore in its new board, headed by Rogelio Gonzalez Alcocer, who is taking office for the sixth time.
The municipal president, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, attended the event and congratulated González Alcocer, as well as recognizing the work of Héctor Núñez Polanco at the head of the organization during the previous term.
During his speech, the mayor pointed out that the municipal government seeks to maintain communication and coordination with the business sector to promote projects that benefit the city. He also mentioned progress in reducing crime, with the aim of ensuring that lawful activities can take place in a safe environment.
In terms of technology, Pérez Cuéllar highlighted the importance of digital transformation in streamlining procedures and optimizing processes.
For his part, González Alcocer underscored the constant coordination between business leaders and the municipality and emphasized that, although this is his sixth term, he will continue to work on priority projects for the city and the sector, including the convention center and the international crossing via the Córdoba-Américas bridge.
The event was attended by members of the CCE and officials from various municipal government agencies.
